Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for bookings made with Prnc Visuals.

Deposits

A booking is secured by payment or an agreed deposit. Deposits reserve your date and cover preparation, and are generally non-refundable.

Rescheduling

If you need to move your date, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a new date subject to availability.

Cancellations

Cancellations made well in advance of the session date may be eligible for a partial refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations close to the date may not be refundable, as the date can no longer be offered to others.

After delivery

Because finished photographs are custom digital work, payments for delivered galleries are non-refundable.

How to request

To cancel or reschedule, email info@princevisuals.com with your booking details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
