These terms govern your use of the Prnc Visuals website and services. By creating an account, booking a session, or using this site, you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to book a session.

Bookings and payments

Package prices are shown on the Service Packages page. Bookings are confirmed once payment (or the agreed deposit) is received. Payments are handled by our secure payment provider. Additional requests may incur extra charges as agreed in writing.

Proofing and delivery

After your shoot, proofs are made available in a private gallery. Once you submit your selections, we retouch and deliver the finished images to the same gallery. Please review the number of edits and deliverables included in your chosen package.

Image rights

Copyright in all photographs remains with Prnc Visuals unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a licence to use your delivered images for personal, non-commercial use. See our Copyright & Image Licensing page for details.

Cancellations

Cancellations and rescheduling are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access areas or accounts that are not yours.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
